Get A Quotation

To request a price quote from our Internet catalog, click on the "Request Sample and Quotation" or the "Request Quotation" on the Internet catalog page. Fill out and submit the request form. Your request will be prioritized and answered based on your expected wedding date. If you feel that you need to escalate the request, please email us or call us. A representative will call or email you with a quotation.

Fill Out Your Wedding Information

You can submit your own wedding information wording, or you can use our standard wedding information forms for your invitation wording. Our standard wedding information forms are located under the "Invitation" navigation menu. There are no limits to the number of words or lines that you wish to have on your invitation card.

Choose Font(s)

Located under the "Invitation" navigation menu is a fonts section. Choose a font combination from our fonts section.

Choose Ink Color And Background Picture(s)

Popular ink colors are located under the "Invitation" navigation menu. In addition, we offer sparkling glitter ink for your cards at no extra charge. All cards are printed in raised ink.

At AP Printing, we offer our customers background picture(s) or watermarks that can be printed on the invitations at no extra charge. A background picture(s) will be printed for free if it is from our standard background picture collection. Furthermore, we can create custom background pictures or watermarks for your card for an extra fee.


Submit Order and Make 50% Deposit

Submit the following information along with invitation wording details by email, mail, or fax:
  • Customer Name
  • Customer Address
  • Daytime Phone Number
  • Evening Phone Number
  • Bride and Groom's Full Name
  • Selected Invitation Name
  • Quantity
  • Selected Font(s)
  • Selected Background(s)
  • Deposit Method (Visa/MasterCard/Money Order/Cashier's Check/Personal Check)
For credit card deposits, fill out the credit card payment form. Email or fax us the completed credit card payment form with the card holder's signature. Else, mail us your 50% Money Order/Cashier's Check/Personal Check deposit. Your order will not be processed until the check has cleared with the bank.


Proof Read and Signoff on Proof

When your order has been received, a representative will call or email you. The representative will arrange a proof reading date so that you can review the information on your invitations before the your order is printed. The proof will be emailed, mailed, or faxed to you. The representative will also provide you with a possible completion date. Completion of your order is also dependent on how long it will take you to review and signoff on the proof. You must sign the proof and return it to us by email, mail, or fax.

Standard Turn-Around Time

Total turn-around time is 1 - 2 weeks for in stock cards. Total turn-around time is 2 - 4 weeks for out of stock cards. Turn-around time does not include shipping time for customers who will not be physically picking up their cards from our physical location. Furthermore, completion date is dependent on how long it takes the customer to return a final signed proof to us. We will not print a customer's invitations until we have received the customer's final signed proof.

Furthermore, we offer rush services for an additional fee. Rushed invitations can be ready for delivery with a turn-around time from hours to 48 hours.


Shipping Charges and Final Payment

The payment balance for your cards are due upon customer pickup. For orders that need to be shipped, a representative will contact the customer with shipment options and pricing and the final payment balance. Non-local customers must settle the balance of the order by money order, cashier's check, credit card (Visa/MasterCard), or personal check by the shipping departure date.
